First I understand how your company works. Then I build what it needs.

Business transformation consultant focused on processes, systems and artificial intelligence.

Start with the diagnosis
The problem

You might recognize this

  • The company moves while you are around. When you travel, it slows down.
  • Your team makes mistakes you thought were solved: wrong price, double booking, a client with no answer.
  • A message arrives at 11pm. You answer the next day, when that person already went somewhere else.
  • The information exists, but it is scattered: some in a spreadsheet, some in WhatsApp, the rest in two people's heads.
  • You have already thought about hiring someone. And you have already noticed that more people, without organization, is just more people to look after.

The problem is almost never the team. It is the way the work was organized.

The work

What I do

I go into the company to understand how it works today. I look at operations, customer service, processes and management. From there I design solutions that organize the business and remove bottlenecks.

Sometimes that becomes a custom system. Sometimes an AI that answers your clients, automations, or a new way to organize the daily routine.

Every company needs a different solution.

A traditional consultant delivers a diagnosis.

A software company delivers a system.

I deliver the operation up and running.

The method

How it works

Escada em espiral de concreto vista de baixo, com a luz percorrendo a geometria
  1. 00

    Brand protocol

A first read, done remotely, of how your company works today and how it looks to whoever is searching for you. Every project starts here.

  2. 01

    Immersion

I go into the company and follow the daily routine up close. I talk to you and to the people who do the work.

  3. 02

    Diagnosis

I show where the company loses time, money and clients. With names and places.

  4. 03

    Architecture

I design how the work should happen, from the first contact to the follow-up.

  5. 04

    Priorities

We start with what solves the biggest pain fastest. Nothing is built all at once.

  6. 05

    Building

Here I build. It can be a system, an AI that answers on WhatsApp, automations or a new routine.

  7. 06

    Going live

I put it live and train the team until everyone uses it without thinking.

  8. 07

    Follow-up

I watch how it is used, fix what got stuck and improve it as the business grows.

Steps 1, 2 and 3 happen before a single line of code. That is what separates a solution made for you from an off-the-shelf system.

What you get

What usually comes out of it

Management

Operations dashboard

One single screen where you see the schedule, the clients, the prices and what each person did.

Customer service

AI that answers

It replies, books and answers questions on WhatsApp, in several languages, at any hour of the day or night.

Scale

Course platform

For when what you know becomes a product: a course, a training, a community.

Presence

Website and content

It attracts the right client, holds your price and speaks the language of your market.

Decision

Numbers at hand

Your business numbers in real time, and a warning when something goes off plan.

The rule

None of this is a package

No company gets everything. Each one gets what solves its own problem.

A real case

The founder was her own ceiling

Customer service, the schedule, the brand standard and every case decision went through her. The business grew and she became the bottleneck.

I went in to understand the whole operation before building anything. Here is what came out of it:

  1. 01 A management dashboardIt guides the front desk in the right order, charges the right price for each location and tracks session packages.
  2. 02 A digital receptionist on WhatsAppIt books in four languages at any hour, fills in the health form before the visit and records how each client found them.
  3. 03 Her own course platformWith a digital salesperson that takes the enrollment from start to finish.
  4. 04 A website in four languagesBuilt within the rules of the healthcare sector in Belgium.

Today the owner changes prices, texts and service rules by herself, with no developer.

In the client's own words

“He did not show up offering a website or an automation. He first understood my business and where the bottlenecks were.”

What scales is architecture, not effort.

Before we talk

Who this work is for

It makes sense if

  • Your company already has clients. The problem is not lack of demand, it is the operation not keeping up.
  • Your brand depends on your presence and on your name.
  • You work in a market where one wrong word becomes a legal problem.
  • You want to turn what you know into a product, not just serve more people.

It does not make sense if

  • You are looking for paid ads, posts or social media management. That is another service, with another professional.
  • You want the cheapest option. Custom-made does not compete with an off-the-shelf package.
  • You want to hand over the problem and step away. The first three steps need you in the room.
The next step

Start with the diagnosis

Before any proposal, I read your operation and your digital presence. You get an honest picture of where the company is and where it is losing.

  1. 01You fill in the five fields.
  2. 02The chat opens straight in my WhatsApp, with your context already written.
  3. 03I read before replying and come back with the first questions.

I reply personally. There is no sales team on the other side.

Questions

What people usually ask me

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of the bottleneck. The diagnosis is quick. The building phase is defined during prioritization, with a fixed deadline agreed before we start.

Will I depend on you?

To operate it, noEverything I build comes with a panel where you edit what changes day to day: price, text, opening hours, service rules, the tone of voice of the AI. I hand it over explained in plain words, with your team trained, so nobody has to call me over a comma.

To keep it running, yes, and that is normalSoftware is not a building that gets finished and forgotten. There is a server, updates, security and improvements. That is a clear monthly fee, agreed before we start, with no fine print. If one day you want to take the operation somewhere else, your data is yours.

That is the difference: you are not held hostage by me to get your work done. You pay for the structure that stays online.

I already have a system. Does it work?

Great. Often the problem is not the system, it is how the work around it is organized. The diagnosis shows whether to integrate, fix or replace it.

Is my company too small?

If you are the bottleneck, size does not matter. What matters is whether the work already repeats enough to be organized.

What about my data?

Access control, separate environments and the rules of your sector are part of the design from step one, not a patch at the end.
